Process of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Registration:

• Step-1 Choose a unique name for your LLP
• Step-2 Apply for DSC for subscribers/partners.
• Step-3 Drafting of form-9, consent letter & other documents.
• Step-4 Offline preparation and filing of form fillip.
• Step-5 Get certificate of incorporation, and then apply pan & tan of LLP.
• Step-6 Drafting of LLP deed
• Step-7 Online filing of form-3 within 30 days from the date of incorporation
