Subscribers & Director’s Documents for Foreign Nation

• No PAN declaration, if not having PAN card
• Photograph of all the Subscribers/Directors
• Mobile and Email of all the Subscribers/Directors
• DL/ passport, any one documents of all the Subscribers/Directors
• Bank statement/ passbook/ Electricity Bill in the name of the Subscribers/Directors, any one documents of all the subscribers/directors

If Subscriber is Foreign Company

• Certificate of incorporation of foreign entity
• Board resolution passed by foreign entity for opening subsidiary in India
• Authorisation letter for appointment of Authorised representative

Proof of Registered Office

• Latest utility bill i.e. electricity, landline, water bill etc.
• For rented place, NOC required in the name of the proposed company

Note: Subscribers must have a hard copy of PAN and Address proof for the video verification of obtaining digital signature (DSC), if mobile number is not linked with the Aadhar card. All documents relating to Foreign director or subscribers must be apostille/notary in foreign country
